Bought a ps4 online that was supposed have been new but when received found box it came in was torn and used and unit was used an had spots on it.Try to contact seller whom was third party and found He had set up that Sears was to handle returns, but when I call them they kept saying they were waiting on seller to contact then back and was told this for weeks and only promised a refund for return but never received any return info and no calls or e mails from sears.
Also call center is not even in America.Would never but from Sears again.
