Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ordered from "Sears Only" section of their Website.Received mix of Sears and KMart items.

Sears item had security tag attached. Called Cust Svc, they said all items can be returned to Sears store. Informed @ Sears store they won't take KMart items. I was told to call Cust Svc, they said I have to use my phone for that.

No cell svc, battery dying I have to stand near door to call and Cust Svc (Grady) reiterates that KMart items can be returned if I show sales cashier the email that shows the SalesCheck# for the KMart items. The sales cashiers refuse. I return the Sears items and leave with KMart items. Nearest KMart is 17 miles away so I chat with Cust Svc next day.

They apologize. I ask for return shipping label for KMart items, they tell me I'll be charged shipping costs.

I am resigned to driving to KMart 17 miles away and inform them I will never do business with any Sears affiliate ever again.Completely understand why they are going out of business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Searscom caused the problem but was unwilling to fix it.
