I went to Sears to order a cable for my lawn mower. The man order the wrong cable; when I took it back he wanted me to pay the shipping to send it back. It was his mistake, not mine.

I believe your company needs to improve it's customer service. You need to have your employee's take workshops, or hold classes to improve the customer service departments. Your company used to be a well reputable one. In this ecomomy today customer service is very important in order to keep your old customers and gain new ones. As you well know, one complaint can lead to the loss of new possible customers.

This incident happen at your Sear store in Grand Island, NE.
