The diagnostic tech said we needed a new pump. He ordered the pump and scheduled the repair and we paid for the part and repair.
When the repair man finished the repair he presented the total bill. After he left, my wife looked at the bill and said it was higher than the bill given to us by the diagnostic tech. The repairman changed the REPL charge from $80 to $90 and this increased the Labor Tax by $0.65. We were over charged $10.65..
I called Customer Service and the girl could not understand what the error was and hung up. I called the next day, they still did not see the error, but they offered me a $10 gift card. I refused because I did not want to spend more money at a Sears Store.
I wanted my $10.65 refunded. They put me on hold and hung up after 30 later.
