We paid $1700 for a refrigerator and paid additional charge for takeaway of old refrigerator. Repair people treated my husband horribly and would not take old refrigerator.

I spoke with someone at sears.com customer service who said there would be no charge.

We get a bill for $106.92. I was on the phone for an hour and a half and was transferred to repair dept who said they’re charging for pickup of old refrigerator.

It was their fault - they told us no charge and are now charging us. Phone representatives treated me horribly.

Will never deal with sears again!

YOU SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! THAT WAS A DESPICABLE THING THAT THEY DID TO YOU. THEY OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
