We paid $1700 for a refrigerator and paid additional charge for takeaway of old refrigerator. Repair people treated my husband horribly and would not take old refrigerator.
I spoke with someone at sears.com customer service who said there would be no charge.
We get a bill for $106.92. I was on the phone for an hour and a half and was transferred to repair dept who said they’re charging for pickup of old refrigerator.
It was their fault - they told us no charge and are now charging us. Phone representatives treated me horribly.
Will never deal with sears again!
