After ordering a hose online, my wife made the mistake of having it shipped. 33% of the cost is shipping.

We live down the street from a Sears, so "why not call and cancel the order and pick it up at the store." Literally minutes after ordering we called, waited 30 min for people "not be able to cancel the order." WTF. Never ever order anything from sears. Horrible costumer service. They told us to refuse the package but they will still charge for shipping.

What the ***? I asked to talk to costumer service supervisor, he just repeated the same thing.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of sears shipping service. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
