I recently ordered a new laptop that I saw online, a Dell Inspiron im5030-14113D. The price was $599.00 which was a little more than what I thought it might be worth but after chatting with a couple of people, went ahead with the purchase.
Imagine when the package arrived, the price on the box was $399.00. I fired off two emails to Sears Customer Relations and they obviously don't care because I haven't heard a word. My next step is to file suit in small claims court for the overcharges plus fees.
