My local Sears is amazing, but the online returns department is abysmal. They processed the return of a mattress that didn't turn out to be as comfortable as we thought.

I called to have the mattress return processed. The tech (who was clearly from overseas) had me confirm the card that I charged the mattress on, so that he could process my refund, and I provided him with the necessary information. Within a week, I had fraudulent charges for a Food Delivery Service from overseas and I had to cancel the card.

Since Sears will only refund to the card that you charged on, now I'm not getting my refund. This is garbage and I'm definitely calling Corporate to complain and get my refund - $850 is not a small amount.
