Called out tech for kenmore Elite washer on 9/25 tech said had to order part then said not available would go to research takes 10 days would have answer to repair or possible replace. Called at 10 days part not available would take 48 hours to approve replacement , waited 72 hours called told had not been approved ,yet.

Wait couple more days so I did called back now said would take 10 more days!! Called back told would have answer in 48 hours again called back said not yet one more week. Have had 2 PA"'s for 30 years never expected this to get replacement on a washer that is Kenmore that can not be fixed. Very upset with how sears is treating us and the run around on phone with still no answer to a replacement.

We are talking WASHER case number is 691****. Coming up on 1 month last call was told probably week after next!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! We need a washer and when we order could take as long as 12/2020 to get one to the store here in El Campo.

Please HELP ME GET A WASHER, NOW. Jim B And I want have to put you on hold for 84 minutes!!

Sears Cons: Replacement on pa agreement is horrible.
