We placed an order for parts to fix our refrigerator after we were told we could not get a service call for 3 weeks. The lady on the phone was very helpful and ordered our parts and we paid to have them here in 2 days.

Here we are 12 days later and still no parts. We have called repeatedly and I guess about 8 days ago we called to tell them to cancel our order which they told us had never been shipped yet. The next day I receive an email saying our order was in progress. We called again and told them to cancel and again today to tell them we did not want the parts!

Again she tells us our money will be refunded. I have filed a complaint with out credit card company. I think no charge should even go to your credit card until the shipment leaves the warehouse and I believe every company should apply this.

We are so done with Sears. Never buying from them again!!
