I am trying to purchase new plugs, battery and filters for a craftsman riding lawnmower.The service department is the worst I have ever seen.
Its been a three week ordeal so far to find someone who can fill this order. I have now resigned to placing the plug, and filters with the sears online service. No one at Sears can help me with a battery so I will handle this in another way.
Because service is so poor at sears I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from Sears that might require service at some point.Once I finally get the parts I need I will over purchase so I do not need to deal with Sears for a few years.
