SEARS ALLOWED A PAST EMPLOYEE OF THEIRS ADD HER SELF TO SOMEONES SEARS CARD ACCOUNTS AND DINT DO ANYTHING TO PROTECT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.
THE PAST EMPLOYEE ACCESSED CUSTOMERS SHOP YOUR WAY REWARD POINT EITHER THROUGH THE CUSTOMERS DRIVERS LICENSE, PHONE NUMBER OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND WHEN TOLD ABOUT IT SEARS CARDS REPRESENTATIVES DIDN'T DO A DAM THING ABOUT THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON THE ACCOUNT AT ALL.
MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS SEARS GOING TO DO TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND OR FUTURE ISSUES?
