Sears review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Fraud lies theft
You see that's why hoarders never want to throw anything away. you never can tell when something will be needed later. If you had been a hoarder and kept your old refrigerator then at least you would now have a place to keep your food cold.
- Scheduing of deliver
- Unprofessional
Wouldn't it be easier of walking into a store an buying the item? Your blaming a company for something that could have been avoided when the first order was *** up.
You had the choice of getting the refund and then going to someplace else. This is 90% your fault.

Take a look at the related article entitled Sears - No Appliances! Hopefully the post can help you as well.

Sears review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Worse company
Just curious...but you do realize that almost all companies have a separate online system than their in store pricing right?!Plus you said a Kmart store. Although they are part of one umbrella company they are NOT the same company.
So they can’t price match.
Pretty much the same as Macy’s & lord & Taylor. Just saying.
