I purchased a stackable one-unit washer dryer in October 2015 from Sears with the standard one-year warrantee. Several months after purchase it required a service call and supposedly the problem was fixed.
Several months later the EXACT SAME problem recurred -- and again allegedly fixed. Now, three weeks after the one year purchase date the EXACTE SAME PROBLEM has occurred for a third time.
Sears refused to honor the warrantee despite the fact that it was the SAME PROBLEM. I could fully accept and understand if there was a new problem but C'mon Folks (as President Obama says)....
THIS IS TERRIBLE PUBLIC RELATIONS AND TERRIBLE BRAND BUILDING ALLEGIANCE AND JUST TERRIBLE IN GENERAL
