I called Sears customer service ,as i need some information about my snow blower , could hardly understand the person on the phone.they would not give me the information i needed ,i ask too speak to a manger and he hung up on me,I need help as snow is on the way .

shopping at sears is a real joke they might have a lower price but that is all ,poor service in stores as well ,sales reps.should be able to answer questions about what they are selling ,not true as i knew more then he did ,i can see why stores are closing , it is a pain to shop their
