I called Sears Home Warranty(only open weekdays for service) on 3/26/19 to have my Hot Water Tank repaired. They Assigned FLOWRIGHT PLUMBING. They arrived the next day, check the hot water tank.
Replaced the defective pressure relief valve.The new valve is leaking water on the floor this morning. I called FlowRight Plumbing(202-543-823) no answer. I call sear home services
and they text my complaint. 10am I call and someone answers and stated that they would call me back when they are in route to my location. 2pm no repair person has arrived. Eight PM I call Flowright Plumbing and the answering message:" is I'm Sorry But THE PERSON YOUR ARE TRYING TO REACH HAS A VOICE MAIL BOX THAT HAS NOT BEEN SET UP YET"!! This is a Sears Business Contractor. Then there is the
Sear Home Warranty answering system that is no help because they are closed. CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP FROM SEARS!!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sears Cons: Worst service ever, Customer.
