Friday I called your customer service to set up an appointment to have my hot water heater serviced because I had cold water, long story short I set up an appointment with a rep. from customer service and I was given an appointment of Wednesday 10 am., I called to cancel the appointment only to find out that they never submitted my request, I asked to speak with a supervisor and Jose and Jaydie gave me the run around so I came here to this site to voice my experience with this company. I will never again use this company for repairs even though I have used them in the past with no problems but today's experience did it for me.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Water Heater Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Customer care training on courtesy and respect to customers.
