We ordered free standing range over the phone to be delivered, and paid for installation. When called to check on block of time for delivery, customer service stated that order was cancelled in computer.

Reordered again,and was denied 25% off that was given to us with first time ordering. Next day called again to check on delivery, again they said order was cancelled in computer. Reordered a third time, they again stated order was cancelled and that delivery would not take place as promised. Did not reorder, and will not do business again with Sears.

We are now left without stove 2 days before Thanksgiving.
