After waiting 2 1/2 hours past delivery time and many phone calls. Being lied to about being next to get delivered. Calling for store manager in Abilene, Texas and finial y threading (strike that promising to call my attorney). I get a call from a delivery manager not employed with Sears stating Sir, you product was not at the store to be picked up for delivery. Didn't the store call and tell you that.
NO....had many text and calls that it would be on time.
Called store to cancel order..still no one answers the phone or returns call.
Travel to store and wait 30 minutes for mgr come and hear me.
Canceled order. Not much response from employees.
THANKS SEARS FOR NOTHING WASTING A DAY AND A HALF OF MY TIME. I RESPECTED YOURS BY BEING READY TO TAKE DELIVERY. YOU DID NOT RESPECT ME BY DELIVERING MY ORDER OR LETTING ME KNOW YOUR INCOMPETENCE WOULD NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY.
