I bought a Kenmore Elite in 2012. It ruptured a discharge hose 13 months later and dumped water all over my kitchen and basement.

After writing a certified letter to the exec VP of marketing, they came and fixed it and put a new motor on and other components. The error codes have persisted ever since. Another motor, another mother board on and on. You schedule their incompetent repair techs to come out and they just guess, never once did they check resistance to determine where the actual problem was.

They order parts and show up over three weeks later to fix it. Then they don't even fix it.

More error code problems. Never ever buy Sears ***.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor quality, Abominable customer service.
