Bought a pool table. It was delivered damaged.
The second was damaged as well. Lots of phone calls to arrange pick-up. After a month still didn't get reimbursed. Then customer service said they tried to call (yeah, right!) and now I have to go back to the store as all of a sudden they are supposed to handle it.
Great! As if I didn't have anything better to do with my time.
This should have been handled internally by customer service and store without involving the already unfortunate customer. Lots of room for improvement!!
