One year ago I purchased a Kenmore elite refrigerator I lost all the food in my freezer and now my refrigerator. Since Sears techs are booked until the middle to March they referred me to a sub contractor but they can't repair until Tuesday which makes me without a frig for 6 days. I was having a baby shower but unable to because I don't have a frig even tried purchasing a small one but not big enough.
Now I understand why Sears is going out of business their products are horrible plus when they break down you can't get a service person for a week. I did call enclosed number but all they keeps saying was we will repair on Tuesday that doesn't help me.
If Sears gave me a free product I wouldn't take it.
DON'T BUY FROM SEARS!!!!!!
