We bought the Kenmore trio 2 years ago and the ice maker never worked great. Recently we had it repaired and it cost us over $400.00 to fix.

Their was a gasket that was installed improperly at the factory in Mexico that allowed water to leak all over. A whole new gasket system had to be installed that wasn't installed on the original product. Also the ice tray was cracked and it was letting water run into the tray and freeze on the bottom causing a mess all the time. You can't just buy a new ice tray, you have to buy a whole new unit for $130.00.

The warranty would have cost more than that so that is a moot point. All I can say is that this just shows me that they don't care about quality anymore. Just making as much money off all the consumers as they possibly can.

I'll never buy a Sear's (Kenmore) product again. That's the truth!

Product or Service Mentioned: Kenmore Refrigerator.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $407.

Preferred solution: Quit selling inferior products. You aren't the Sears I used to know!.

I didn't like: Dishonesty, Quality.
