Sears absolutely has the worst customer service of any internet or brick and mortar store I have ever dealt with. No wonder Sears is closing stores all across the country and sold off their Craftsman tool line.

Craftsman tools are now of poor quality are way overpriced. The sales people in the Sear’s store I dealt with had absolutely no idea as to how to treat a long time customer of over 50 years, nor how to deal with any type of problem. The three different people I spoke with all had different ideas as to how to cope with my issue with a defective Craftsman leaf blower. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to step up and make the appropriate decision.

The leaf blower was only one and a half months old. I ended up leaving the leaf blower, without any positive outcome, vowing never to return to another Sears store, ever!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
