I was scheduled for carper cleaning on Tuesday, November 21 from 1 pm - 6 pm. A Sears representative left me a voice message on Saturday, November 18 to confirm.

left them a message on the same phone number they called me from confirming my appointment. After taking off work on Tuesday, November 21, I called to check on the status of my appointment, and was told Sears did not receive a verbal confirmation of my appointment. First, the Sears representative said their carpet truck for my area had been broken down. Then she came back on the phone and informed me my appointment was cancelled because I did not verbally confirm it.

Then after getting off the phone, Sears sends me an email informing that I am required to verbally confirm my appointment. This basic, scheduling task is too challenging for Sears and I will never use them again.

Tolerated it far too long. It costs me too much to take off from work.
