Sears - Poor service

I got my refrigerator deliver to my house but the handler is broken.They tell me is easy to go to the store to get exchanges .

The processor is very easy so they don't have to take the whole refrigerator back .

I ment that is resonnably so I got my receiver go to the store to get my new handler they sent me to diffrent store to get the handler..I think this is NOT my JOB poor poor poor poor bad bad bad bad bad no good no good sad coustomer never buy noting no more at Sear no no NO NO NO NO I need my money back
