Ordered Electric stove and dish washer, dish washer came and was wrong color, stove comes without electric wire. The woman we dealt with on the phone was hard to understand and we were not sure if she understood our problem?
I had to go back to sears and purchase an El cord for $32, unreal stove comes without cord! When we had a Plumber come to install dish washer we discovered the wrong color then. So now I have to pay the Plumber an extra service charge to come back. We had to reorder dish washer and were told they would contact us within 24 to 48 hrs, that did not happen.
We called again and got the same statement they would contact us within 24 to 48 hrs, well its been over 48 hrs and still waiting, no dishwasher? I won't be buying appliances from Sears again, your service really really sucks!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of complete disregard for customer. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of dishwasher and associated monetary loss in the amount of $32. Sears needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
