I had a refrigerator delivered February 27, 2017. A freezer shelf and egg container was missing.

I spoke with customer service who pulled up the order and then placed the order for the missing parts. I was away for a month on a trip. Returned to a package that contained the wrong shelf; no egg container.

Today I called customer service two times and both times while speaking with the customer service employee, I was disconnected and I still do not have the parts ordered. Preferred solution: mail my missing self and egg container.
