We bought a mattress at a price at least $300 more than other retailers, simply because we wanted to support Sears.We've been Sears buyers for years.

Paid extra to have old mattress taken away but delivery guy would not haul away because he said there was a stain on old mattress. Of course! The old mattress was 20 yrs old. No one said there were any stipulations regarding this.

The delivery guy said he could put mattress outside. We don't have garbage service for that, that's why we paid extra to have it hauled away. Delivery guy said that's all he could do. We had to refuse delivery.

With no satisfactory recourse we cancelled our order. I don't understand why simple customer satisfaction no longer exist.

They say you get what you pay for, but now that doesn't even hold true.Really?
