I have placed 2 purchases from Sears in the last few weeks. First I was charged on both orders twice and had to call to have one taken off my bank account.

The second one cost me an overdraft charge and all I received was a sorry. Also got an E-mail stating my order was shipped and a fake tracking number. When I tried to contact Sears I get foreigners that speak very poor English.

Want to get back to me in 3 or 4 days very poor customer service!!! I do not know if I will ever place any more orders with Sears!!!

The reason you were 'charged' twice is because when the order is placed all Sears does is put a hold on the account until the order ships. Once it ships the hold disappears and an actual charge takes it place.

The hold can take a few days to disappear and some banks can remove/hurry the hold along which obviously yours did. Keep in mind many online retailers put charges through this way.
