Sears has Very Poor company service. The service representative barely spoke or even understand english.

My new Samsung dryer has been broke it's not a year old. The technician told me two parts was needed. One of the two parts took about a month to arrive. When the second part arrive no one alerted me of the delivery.

I found the part outside on the ground wet from rain. The same technician came out this past Saturday to fix the dryer but he couldn't because the dryer now need two more parts. This brand new dryer thats not even a year old need four parts a control panel board, panel display, knob display, and a door switch which took a month to arrive.

This Dryer spells LEMON!!!!!! I personally wouldn't purchase or recommend your company to anybody!
