I attempted to call Katie Bocannelli several times 9-8 calls) and the call was not answered. I went to store at Avenues Mall, Jacksonville, Fl and spoke with Heather to address my issue.

Spoke with Heather with no positive results. Very unprofessional customer service. I contacted corporate and placed a complaint for both poor customer service and in handling my claim. I will follow up with Sears CEO.

I am a retired federal Employee, my husband is also a current Navy federal empoyee and have purchased many items from Sears.

No more, and we will pass our awfull experience with all out family and friends in the Jacksonville fl area. Recommend customer service training inmediately info staff particularly for low level managers.
