The whole process has been time consuming. For the actual bed I wouldn't know if it's good or not.

After I waited two weeks to receive the bed, at delivery it was completely damaged/destroyed, I refused at delivery. To top it off it's been another two weeks and they tell me I need to wait for the delivery people/company to get it back to Sears before I get my order of $500. + refunded. I ordered the Bed on 8/11/15 it's now 9/9/15 - no bed and no refund.

Not happy. It's now 9/22/15 still no refund, still very unhappy with Sears.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
