The whole process has been time consuming. For the actual bed I wouldn't know if it's good or not.

After I waited two weeks to receive the bed, at delivery it was completely damaged/destroyed, I refused at delivery. To top it off it's been another two weeks and they tell me I need to wait for the delivery people/company to get it back to Sears before I get my order of $500. + refunded. I ordered the Bed on 8/11/15 it's now 9/9/15 - no bed and no refund.

Not happy. It's now 9/22/15 still no refund, still very unhappy with Sears.

This reviewer shared experience about damaged or defective and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
