I needed an attachment for my vacuum. Looked online and their website indicated that there were several in the store.
When I went to the store to pick one up, there weren't any on the shelf. I asked the less than helpful cashier if there was another place they may be. "No" was the response. No response like "let me check"....just "No".
I went back online, ordered it for store pickup, received a text in 5 minutes that the product was available. Went back and bought.
