I needed an attachment for my vacuum.Looked online and their website indicated that there were several in the store.

When I went to the store to pick one up, there weren't any on the shelf. I asked the less than helpful cashier if there was another place they may be. "No" was the response. No response like "let me check"....just "No".

I went back online, ordered it for store pickup, received a text in 5 minutes that the product was available.Went back and bought.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
