I purchased two watches from sears.com well happy deal 365 on November 23 2017 and I have not received them. It told I would receive December 12 never came.
I have called the number listed and sent an email with no response. Contacted sears and they said to give them 72 hours to contact the marketplace. I asked about the company being legit and will I be able to get my money back.
I was told they were legit and if I do not receive my product they will give my money back. I hope so but I will be calling back
