purchased craftsman power tools and when I needed parts to repair them, guess what? THEY ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

So because they don't want to carry the parts, I now have several hundred dollars of lawn art! (commonly referred to as junk). How can they not carry replacement parts? To top it off, I spent a lot of time trying to talk to a human (5 phone calls, through their phone trees) and no one was able to route me to anybody that could help, 3 of the calls ended in disconnects (Hang ups?

perhaps) If this is what sears calls customer support, I will no longer buy a single item from there.

It's really sad to see a great company like sears turn to ***, but that's what seems to be happening. Over the years I've bought lots of big ticket items as well as small, but no more.
