I have spent hours on the phone trying to get resolution of a refrigerator which was defective on delivery and is now a big box in my kitchen that has no use. The compressor quit working, after the original defect of nonworking lights was fixed.
I have now been without a working appliance for 6 weeks. It takes 2 weeks to get a service technician to see what the problem is, another 2 weeks minimum for a callback with parts.
The latest fiasco was that the compressor which was shipped was defective. Sears just doesn't care about customer service.
