Purchased a washer and dryer and was promised delivery on the 18th.

On the 18th, got a call letting me know that 1) the delivery drivers do not read road signs and 2) the delivery had to be delayed as a result. Delivery promised on the 20th.

On the 20th, got a call saying they put it on the wrong truck. Promised on the 23rd.

Not sure they understand why I am irritated. This is two days I have changed my plans on the basis of their promises. Two days of lost opportunity. When things like this happen, it causes harm to the consumer, which the larger corporations ignore because there is little or nothing 99% of all people can or will do about it.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Complaint process, Non-delivery, Telephone firewalls for customer service, Empty promises.
