Purchased a washer and dryer from Sears, dryer not working service was called did not show up until 10 days after deliver.Service technician came with no parts, had to order with no hard date of parts delivery or when the tech would come out to install.
Called Sears customer service, an oxymoron to say the least. Customer service representatives are from India, read from a script and give you the run around, would never give a solid date when the appliance would get fixed. Called their outsourced service department, eastern European representatives, once again given a run around after 50 minutes on the phone. Called store that I bought the appliances from to come and pick up, went to Best Buy purchased washer and dryer.
To all companies failing like Sears, do not outsource your customer service to foreigners, Americans don't like that, as they are rude and not customer service qualified.
Sears was a once great corporation is now reduced to a flailing outsourced second rate store.It will be bankrupt in a year or so do to poor management and outsourcing;.
