Any time you have to deal with sears I would recommend recording everything.All the complaints on social media shows what a terrible company they are.
You will be lied to and cheated and never get your problem resolved. Let them know they are being recorded and it will get your problems solved. If it doesn't send it to the media, we are working on a national news story to show the corruption in the company. I would also recommend after your repair is complete to your satisfaction call and cancel your warranty.
You can get a refund on it, the company is going under and in the end you will get screwed again when you are out your money.Rochester NY
