i am thoroughly disgusted with sears technicians, customer service,
and the whole process they use. i have not a fridge since the end of July. It took them 10 days to come and look @ it only to diagnosis
wrong telling me it was the thermostat had to wait another week for
a part that was not even needed. Waited another week for another technician to tell me the cooling system is out, and i still don't qualify for another fridge.
Now they want my 85 year old mother to move her
fridge in the dining area because one of the two technicians that is coming to work on the fridge is to overweight to fit in the kitchen area!
As a consumer this is unbelievable to me why would you put 1200
into a 12 year old fridge? which is the question i was asking the costumer service rep when she hung up on me & she was a manager.
Your costumer service is in another country, so they do not have to be accountable for what what they tell people and when they cant
your question they hang up this is your management representing
your company. i will never buy another thing in sears and i have purchased my stove & TV there also. They think everyone has a second fridge unrealistic she has been living out of a cooler & is 85
years old ridiculous!! i have always stood behind sears but this total
BS. Further more you can not get a hold of any upper management
to speak with they are invisible or make themselves invisible to the
public. Very poor way to run a business.
