Delivery was changed due to delivery company issues. Tried to reschedule for our convenience but could not be accommodated could only be rescheduled for the convenience of the delivery company's schedule, which could NOT be met due to prior medical/surgical commitments on our part.
It's a refrigerator, so what do we with the food in the meantime? Talked to several CS people overseas and delivery company without any resolution of our issue. There is a refusal to accommodate any options we gave to them. Lucky us.....
Called delivery company. Person was rude. Called customer service three times and were cut off when agent attempted to call supervisor.
