I purchased a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher form Sears, None of the appliances were installed properly; ther ehave been service calls on the appliances while under warranty. After (4) deliervies with a refrigerator that was scratched each time or the wrong size, the refrigerator was dropped into my garage, not the kitchen which is up two flights of stairs.

Now Sears will not "deliver"nor install the refrigerator.

Her ei am, after 7 months with a $2,000 refrigerator in my garage that is useless. After months of visiting the store and working with 800 #s, there is "nothing Sears can do..." Do not make the same mistake as me...do not buy your appliances form Sears

Contact the bbb, news media and a lawyer sears service and delivery are terrible. You will not get anywhere trying to deal with them directly. Rochester NY
