The first time a repair man came out and ordered parts, the second time two weeks later not all the parts came in, the third time he came out and didn't check to see if it would work after he put the new parts n the fourth time out he ordered another part, the fifth time he never showed up at all and I waited all day, no phone call nothing, I had to call Sears. Now I'm expected to spend a sixth day waiting all day probably and not until the 11th of Nov.
this is NOT EXCEPTABLE! They should be here first thing tomorrow but no the Superviser said that would not happen.
So in other words sit on it and wait, wait, wait. This is a very bad business to deal with their customers this way.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service stinks and to long of window to wait for service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sears refrigerator repair and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1300. Sears needs to "replacement refrigerater" according to poster's claims.
