Our refrigerator has been broke and repaired 4 times since Jan 1 ,2018! We have the extended warranty and after 4 repairs we are suppose to get a new refrigerator! Hasn’t happened yet! Very frustrating! I will never purchase from Sears.

The tech made his 4th call today! April 26,2018. Ordering more parts to “try” to fix this refrigerator, but it is up to the consumer to “fight” for replacement!

The techs do not have parts on there truck so after waiting 10 days for a service call to evaluate what is wrong,then wait 10days for the parts and then10 days for the tech to come back and install the parts! The refrigerator works for 3-4 days and the it is broke again!

Terrible customer service!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: A new refrigerator!.

I liked: E-mail with appointment information.

I didn't like: Warranty service.
