A week ago I had a Sear repair person come to the house.It was going bad from the get go.
he said he would be at location in 30 minutes. I asked where he was coming from. He refused to answer till pushed. I told him it was more than 30 minutes.
It took one hour and 15 minutes. He walked in the house to look at my refrigerator and said it had to be unplugged for 24 hours till he could work on the unit. I had noted on the service complaint that the unit was not defrosting. He did not have any replacement parts.
I ordered the part and installed it myself for $80.00. It seems to be working.
I spent two days from work waiting for someone to come as the first day, the repairman got caught bytime.You call for anything else, you expect service especially the the instruments to check the unit.
