Purchased new refrigerator from Sears signed up for automatic water filter reorder. was sent wrong part took it back to sears store they ordered new part but couldnt take it back went online to get shipping label they charged me for shipping label for their mistake a lot of time money and frustration for something that should be simple now you want me to write 100 words more time and frustration really *** rule to have at least a hundred words wasting customers time is not a good way to build business relationships , so will just count to ten 1 2 3 4 5 6 seven eight nine ten
