Placed order on February 26,2017 they canceled delivery two times , gave me a 10% discount. Received my sectional that was a loveseat !
Called to have it returned the same day ! They cancelled pick up 4 times ! Finally picked it up in April ! My refund of $406.87 has not been issued !
They said they tried PayPal (which PayPal has no record) and then on April 24th of 2017 , they said they issued a check to an address I never lived at ! Now it's May 9, 2017 and I'm still waiting 7-10 Bussiness days times 5 times already ! When you call they are from India and are always sorry to hear about the issue , they can never fix the issue ! Worst customer service ever !
All they do is give the run around! I will never recommend Sears to anyone !
