In June 2015 I purchased a Refrigerator and Stove from them the first delivery the Refrigerator was broker ...I was replaced two week later after a month i notice it was no freezing correct i call and got an operator that gave me bad informatation after getting so one out they gave me also didn't know how to fix after about 8 or more coming out they say they would replace it. The is 5 months in but only what i paid for it so i ask for my money back the refused but the only way i can get the same refrigerator is to pay the for (it was on sale) for the same one when it was there mistake not mine ...what do i do
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of being lied to and deceived and i want my money back. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "all of the above" of refrigerator and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1300. Sears needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
