We bought a washer and dryer from Sears Ocala, Florida. We waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered.
When we received the appliances they did not work for us, we then returned the items. We were told that we would receive a refund no later than 1/6/2017 That came and went when calling a number of different we were lied to, made more promises that weren't kept. Then were told that we had never called and inquired or complained. We also told that Sears sent the refund to our old address in Utah when we live in Florida and where the items were delivered to.
Customer then put a stop payment on the refund without asking if that's the way we wanted to go then told us it could take an additional 3 weeks to receive our refund for something that was bought on 11/24/2016 When ask why they sent the refund to the Utah address I was told that was my address that was associated with my rewards account, I then pointed out that I had updated that info online and also at the store and was told that couldn't always be trusted. This is what I was told by Christin # 410678 on 1/11/2017 when ask to speak with a supervisor she said that no one else was above her and if we wanted to make a complaint to send it to corporate
